(e)PMO & PAGO

Know how your employees are doing. Your dedicated company doctor puts the assessment together from your RI&E, in line with what the Working Conditions Act requires. You see per team where the pressure is, and can adjust in a targeted way.

Why

Why you would want a PMO or PAGO.

Not because you have to, but because it gives you something. A good assessment provides insight, helps employees move forward and lets your organisation learn and improve.

And you are there in time. Health risks are often visible well before someone drops out. A PMO picks them up at the stage where you can still adjust.

  1. 01

    Insight

You know what is going on, per team and per theme: from workload and undesirable behaviour (PSA) to sleep and lifestyle.

  2. 02

    Helping employees

Every employee sees how they are doing and is offered help straight away. That is good employership people notice.

  3. 03

    Learning and improving

You act where it is needed, and see at the next measurement whether things have improved.

  4. 04

    Complying with the law

You offer the assessment the Dutch Working Conditions Act requires (PAGO) and map the PSA from your RI&E.

What it delivers

For the organisation and for the employee.

You see where the pressure points are and can act in a targeted way. Your employees know how they are doing, and can act on it straight away.

For the organisation

You know where to act, and see whether it works.

  • You see per team where the pressure is, before it becomes absence
  • You act in a targeted way, with advice from the company doctor
  • You track whether things improve, at the next measurement
  • You have a basis for management and the works council

For the employee

Instant insight, and something to act on right away.

  • Know how you are doing in about fifteen minutes
  • Advice per theme that you understand
  • Help straight away when needed
  • In confidence: the employer never sees individual results

How it fits together

RI&E, PSA, PAGO and PMO: how does it work?

Four terms that are often mixed up. They build on each other: from the risks of the work to the health of your people. What is required, what is sensible, and in which order.

  1. RI&ERequired

What are the risks of the work?

Every employer maps the risks and draws up an action plan. This is the starting point.

  2. PSAPart of the RI&E

How mentally demanding is the work?

Psychosocial workload is one of those risks: workload, aggression, bullying, intimidation and discrimination.

  3. PAGORequired to offer

What do those risks do to health?

The periodic assessment follows the risks from the RI&E (Working Conditions Act, article 18). Taking part is voluntary.

  4. PMOAdditional

How are people doing more broadly?

Also looks at lifestyle, mental health and vitality. Aligned with the RI&E, it also covers the PAGO.

At Healthguard it is one assessment.

Your company doctor puts it together from your RI&E: the required PAGO part, plus what is useful. The results feed back into the action plan.

Three formats

Online, at home or on site. Also combined.

The questionnaire is always the basis. Want to measure physical values too? Then add a blood test, at home or at your office.

  • Fully online

    ePMO

The quickest route to insight, for employee and organisation. Can also run continuously, such as during onboarding.

    • Tailored questionnaire, based on your RI&E
    • Work ability, workload, burnout risk, sleep and lifestyle
    • An instant personal result, with help when needed
    • Report per team and an advisory meeting with the company doctor

    From €24 per employee

    Request directly
  • At home

    PMO with home test

Employees take the test at home when it suits them, and still get insight into their blood values.

    • The questionnaire, plus a test kit delivered at home
    • Employees take a simple blood sample themselves
    • Shipping, return and laboratory arranged
    • Results discussed with a doctor
  • On site

    PMO on site

The most extensive format. A healthcare professional carries out the assessment and measurements, at your office.

    • The questionnaire, plus an assessment at your office
    • Blood sample and measurements such as blood pressure
    • In scheduled blocks, without travel time for employees
    • Results discussed with a doctor

How it works

From intake to follow-up, with your own company doctor.

We handle the delivery, the company doctor is responsible for the content. You keep the overview.

  1. Intake with the company doctor

What is going on, and which risks are in your RI&E?

  2. Set-up

The company doctor puts the assessment together, with a plan for what we do with each outcome.

  3. Delivery

We send the invitations and reminders. Filling it in takes about fifteen minutes.

  4. Results and advice

Employees see their result straight away. You receive a report per team and an advisory meeting.

  5. Follow-up

You act in a targeted way, per team or theme, and see at the next measurement whether it works.
