A dedicated doctor on site

At Healthguard you do not get a different doctor for every case. Your dedicated doctor is registered and preferably comes to your location at fixed times. The doctor gets to know the organisation, the teams and the work, and meets HR and managers regularly.

A consultation hour, also for people who are not yet ill

You don’t have to call in sick to get better. The consultation hour is open to every employee with a question about health and work, even when nothing is wrong yet. That way the doctor can help earlier, before complaints lead to absence. Read more about help before absence under prevention.

What the doctor does

Assessing health and capacity for work
The problem analysis in case of absence, and advice on suitable work
Medical advice on the action plan and the first-year evaluation
Reviewing the RI&E (risk inventory and evaluation) and the medical part of a PMO or PAGO

Medical data stays with the doctor

The company doctor is bound by medical confidentiality. HR and the manager hear what someone can and cannot do and which agreements are needed, not the medical content. The absence system has SOC 2 and NEN 7510.
